- Gift cards are redeemable online
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash

Cancellations and Refunds
Role Play/Wee-est/Sen Session:
You may reschedule your booking to a different available day if at least 48hours notice is given prior to your scheduled session (Does not apply to private hire or parties).
Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session may not be possible to accommodate and will be considered non-refundable.
If The Wee Village cancels a session (e.g. due to illness, maintenance, or other unforeseen issues), You will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook for another date.
Cancellations for PLAY SESSIONS must be made at least 48 hours before your booked session for a full refund or credit.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable, except where required by law.
If the Company cancels a session (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), You will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook.
Parties/Private Hire
Cancellations for PARTIES or PRIVATE BOOKINGS must be made at least 1 month prior to the booked date. If after this date we will do our best to accomodate a new booking date for you if available.
