a. Tickets are non-refundable. No refunds or exchanges will be given unless the event is cancelled by Apley Farm Shop
b. Tickets must be purchased through official channels. Apley Farm Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets purchased from unofficial sources.
c. Tickets are valid for the specific event at the date and time stated
Cancellations and Changes
a. Apley Farm Shop reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, safety concerns)
b. If an event is cancelled, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to another date or another event.
c. In some cases, guests may reschedule or cancel bookings in advance of their visit. This will be clearly stated within your booking email and can be done by following the link within the relevant email.
