Terms and conditions

By purchasing a membership from The Cocoabean Company Ltd, you accept the membership terms of use:

  • Membership valid from day of purchase for 3 / 6 / 12 months.        
  • Members are entitled to unlimited entry during advertised opening times. During school holidays we are open 7 days a week. Out with school holidays, opening times are reduced. Please refer to our website for up-to-date information regarding opening times. We reserve the right to alter opening times as and when necessary.       
  • Outdoor Play is closed from 1st Nov – 31st March. 
  • Valid for one named child. A membership cannot be shared with multiple children.  
  • Accompanying adults are free of charge.         
  • Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult during all visits.         
  • All memberships require a photo validate their membership. This will be used to identify the member and prevent any fraudulent use of their account.         
  • Membership holders have the option to pre-book or arrive without pre-booking. During peak times (i.e. school holidays or wet weather days) booking is advisable.
  • Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be sold or given away to a third party. 
  • Memberships cannot be paused and are non-refundable.     
  • Memberships can be withdrawn at the discretion of the company, in the event of misuse or fraud, and no reimbursements will be issued.
  • Memberships do not include non-standard entry such as chocolate workshops, birthday parties, role play or any events.
