When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between RVF Animal Farm Ltd and yourself. 

• When tickets are purchased, they are valid for the date on the ticket only
• Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferrable this also applies for rainy days
• Tickets will be emailed to you using the email address provided when booking
• You must either print your ticket or have a digital copy of the booking reference when arriving
• No ticket may be re-sold
