Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable once purchased. Please select your dates and times carefully before proceeding with your booking. By purchasing tickets, you also understand and accept that non-attendance at the event, including due to inclement weather, will not result in a refund, transfer, credit, or any other form of recompense where the event is still operating.
By completing a booking, you confirm that you have checked the age requirements for all children attending and have purchased the correct ticket type for each event. Refunds will not be issued for tickets booked incorrectly, including accidental bookings or tickets purchased for the wrong age category.
