Brixham Rugby Club is a vibrant community rugby club. We have a bar open every day of the year and function rooms available for hire. There is a wide range of ongoing events to appeal to lots of different interests throughout the year.
Booking policy
Brixham Rugby Club – Booking Policy
1\. General Terms By purchasing a ticket through our online booking system you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
2\. Ticket Purchase & Confirmation All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email once payment is successfully processed. Your booking confirmation and e-ticket must be presented upon arrival at the event, either as a printed copy or on a mobile device. Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified at the time of purchase.
3\. Refunds & Cancellations Non-refundable: All tickets are non-refundable except in cases where an event is cancelled by Brixham Rugby Club. Cancellations by customers: We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you are unable to attend the event. Event cancellations: If Brixham Rugby Club cancels an event, we will offer a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date (if available). Rescheduled events: If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date, or you may request a refund.
4\. Entry & Conduct Entry will only be granted to ticket holders with valid proof of purchase. Brixham Rugby Club reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or in violation of club policies. Attendees must follow all event rules, including safety guidelines and any specific instructions from event staff.
5\. Changes to Events Brixham Rugby Club reserves the right to alter event details, including timing, location, and content, without prior notice. Any significant changes will be communicated via email to ticket holders.
6\. Liability Brixham Rugby Club and its staff will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during an event. Attendees participate at their own risk and must take personal responsibility for their belongings.
7\. Data Protection & Privacy Personal data provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will only be used for booking-related purposes. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive event-related communications from Brixham Rugby Club.
