About Newlands Bishop Farm
Newlands Bishop Farm, based in Catherine-de-Barnes, Solihull, is part of the Family Care Trust and provides a positive, supportive work-based learning environment for adults with learning disabilities and additional needs. Set in beautiful rural surroundings, the farm offers opportunities to develop skills, gain confidence and build independence through hands-on experience in animal care, horticulture, gardening, woodwork, catering and retail. Throughout the year, we host a range of events, including weddings, private celebrations and seasonal family events. Every penny spent at the farm helps support the work of the Family Care Trust, helping us continue to provide valuable opportunities and experiences for the people we support.
Booking policy
1\. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email upon successful payment.
Please ensure that all details provided during the booking process are accurate and complete.
2\. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through our online payment system.
3\. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations by the Customer:
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note that the Beyonk booking fee is non-refundable, as this fee is part of their booking system and not under the control of Newlands Bishop Farm.
Cancellations by Newlands Bishop Farm:
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel an event, a full refund will be issued, or an alternative date will be offered.
4\. Changes to Bookings
Requests to change the date or details of your booking must be made in writing at least 7 days before the event date. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5\. Health and Safety
All attendees must comply with health and safety regulations as instructed by Newlands Bishop Farm staff.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who fails to comply with these regulations or who behaves inappropriately.
6\. Liability
Newlands Bishop Farm is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by attendees or their property during their visit, except where such loss, damage, or injury is due to our negligence.
7\. Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8\. Photos/videos for Social Media
We value your privacy but occasionally take photos and videos to promote our events.
We will always ask for your permission to take and share photos if you are the feature of a photo/ video
If you tag us in any of your photos, we would love to see and share them.
