Terms and Conditions These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the purchase of tickets for events hosted by The Curious Owl ("Event"). By purchasing a ticket, you agree, on behalf of yourself and any guests attending with you, to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. 

 A. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change, and we strive to be as fair as possible while ensuring the viability of our small business. 
Our refund policy is as follows: 

• Full Refunds – We offer a full refund if a cancellation request is made at least 14 days before the scheduled Event. 
• Partial Refunds – If a cancellation request is made between 7 and 14 days before the Event, we will refund 50% of the ticket price. 
• No Refunds – Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice, as it is unlikely we will be able to fill the space at such short notice. 
• Ticket Transfers – If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Please notify us in advance with the name and contact details of the person attending in your place. 
• Event Cancellation by The Curious Owl – If we need to cancel an Event due to unforeseen circumstances, all ticket holders will receive a full refund via the original method of payment. 
• Refund Processing Time – Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, but please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. 
• Refund Requests – To request a refund, please contact us via email with your ticket details. Exceptional Circumstances – If you are unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances, please get in touch, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. 
• No-Show Policy – If you do not attend the Event without prior notice, no refund will be issued. 

 B. Liability Waiver
By attending an Event hosted by The Curious Owl, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own risk. You agree to release The Curious Owl, its organisers, and the venue from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss incurred during the Event. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Curious Owl, its employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation. 

 C. Code of Conduct
We want our events to be enjoyable and welcoming for everyone. As such, we expect all attendees to behave respectfully towards others and to follow any guidelines set by The Curious Owl and the venue. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the Event without a refund. 

 D. Photography & Recording
By attending our Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional or archival purposes. The Curious Owl reserves the right to use such media for marketing and promotional activities. If you have concerns about this, please notify us in advance. 

E. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 

F. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. 

 G. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website or notification to ticket holders.
