Outdoor Pursuits UK is a family run business based in Sittingbourne, Kent. We are the leading Outdoor Centre in the South-East of England for Paintball, Clay Pigeon Shooting, Quad Bikes, Rifle Shooting and Archery. We have more than 30 years’ experience in this industry! We are proud of our professional and friendly Instructors who can cater for all occasions such birthdays, stag and hen parties, family days and corporates. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
Booking policy
Terms and Conditions
Booking Confirmation:
Your booking will be confirmed based on the number of participants specified at the time of booking. Any changes to the number of participants must be communicated to Outdoor Pursuits UK in advance by calling 01795 437507. Please note that we cannot guarantee accommodation for additional participants if we are not notified in advance.
Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled activity start date. Cancellations made within 30 days of the activity are non-refundable.
No Shows:
In the event that the number of participants decreases, no refunds will be given. In the event that the number of participants increases after the initial booking, it is essential that you notify us promptly. Failure to inform us of an increase in numbers may result in an inability to accommodate the additional participants. Payment for additional members must be made on arrival.
Late Arrival:
All participants are required to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to complete necessary safety disclaimers. If your group arrives late and the session is delayed, the activity will not be extended, and the session will end at the original scheduled time. Should any participants be delayed, we request that they notify us by calling 01795 437507, and we will assess the situation accordingly. We may proceed with the activity without delayed participants if necessary.
Safety and Conduct:
All participants must sign a safety disclaimer prior to participation. Outdoor Pursuits UK reserves the right to refuse participation or to terminate the activity for any individual or group deemed to be violating safety protocols, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or engaging in behaviour that may compromise the safety of other participants, staff, or themselves. No refunds will be issued under such circumstances. Participants who refuse to sign the safety disclaimer will be asked to leave the premises without refund.
Weather-Related Cancellations:
Outdoor Pursuits UK reserves the right to cancel activities in the event of severe weather conditions that may compromise the safety of participants. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule the activity.
Participants Under 17:
A responsible adult must sign the safety disclaimer on behalf of any participant under the age of 17. The responsible adult must also attend the safety demonstration before the activity commences.
Footwear and Equipment:
All participants are required to wear closed-toe footwear, Outdoor Pursuits UK have the right to refuse entry if these are not worn. Please dress for the weather, our event centre is outdoors with limited areas of cover. Personal protective equipment, provided by Outdoor Pursuits UK, must be worn at all times during the activity.
