Includes access to our Christmas Markets  on the 20th - 22nd November, 27th - 29th November & 4th - 6th December. Your ticket includes: -All day entry to our 12 acres of formal gardens -Access to the children's play area and the duck fountain THE PRE-BOOKING DISCOUNT CLOSES AT 9AM, AFTER THAT WE ALWAYS ACCEPT WALK-INS AT ON-THE-GATE PRICES. On the door prices: Adult £8 (17+ yrs) Child £4 (3 - 16) Under 3's FREE Tickets are non-refundable Due to events, ie glorious weddings, there are a certain few days when there is restricted access to the front lawns, Italian gardens & knot garden, check dates on our calendar . Open 10am - 4pm.  Picnics We kindly ask that guests do not bring their own picnics, however, all cafe items can be served as a takeaway for you to enjoy in The Gardens.
