What to ExpectJoin us for an unforgettable rock face abseiling experience at carefully selected crags across the Peak District National Park, including locations such as Surprise View in the Hope Valley.Unlike our viaduct experience, this session takes place on natural rock, giving you a more traditional and adventurous feel. Depending on the venue, there may be a short walk or scramble back to the top, adding to the sense of adventure and making each descent feel earned. Our friendly, fully qualified and insured instructors (holding AALA and relevant outdoor activity qualifications) will guide you through the entire experience. They are passionate about creating a relaxed and supportive atmosphere, helping you build confidence whether it’s your first abseil or part of a bigger challenge. You’ll be taken through a full safety briefing, fitted with all necessary equipment, and supported through each descent. Group sizes are kept small to ensure personal attention and a positive experience for all abilities. This experience is ideal if you’re looking for something more natural and adventurous than a viaduct abseil, or if you want to experience abseiling in a true outdoor climbing environment. If you are preparing for a charity abseil or want to challenge yourself before a bigger event, this is also a great way to build confidence outdoors. We also offer private rock abseiling sessions on request for groups who want a more tailored experience.Looking for feedback from past participants?
