Mountain Bike Skills Intermediate Course

Overview

Our Intermediate Mountain Bike Skills Courses are run within the Peak District National Park. This course is aimed at people who have previous mountain biking experience. It focuses on your skills development and helps to remove any bad habits that may have crept in. We will look at more technical terrain and how to ride up and down it. It also has a focus on building your confidence and ways to maintain a positive outlook on your riding ability.
We use staff feedback and video footage to help you further develop your skills base and note improvements in your riding as the day progresses. Positive reinformcement from our MTb Instructors also helps build your confidence.
Ideally people will have their own bikes but if not we can help arrange hire bikes for you.
If you just need a guide for the area then we also offer Mountain Bike guided rides!! Please message us for details.
Please note we have done all we can to ensure we abide by the governments Covid-19 health and safety guidelines, but let us know if you have any questions or concerns.ItineraryMeet and greet at 930am Bike Checks Move onto skills coaching Flexible day and we may use 2 different venues lunch can be packed or cafe depending on format of the day
