🎃Meet Pip, the smallest pumpkin in the patch with the biggest heart. Join him on his adventures through the Manor Farm Fruits Nature Trail as he helps woodland friends, discovers the power of kindness and proves that even the smallest pumpkin can make a big difference. For those who help Pip complete the trail, waits a goodie bag and sticker for you at our Gate Keepers shed.
🌽The monsters are trying to make the ultimate Monster Mash potion, but the ingredients have been scattered across the maze. You must help find them so the monsters can finish the mash before sunset! For our mini maize maze explorers can you create your own monster mash? Build a brand-new monster in the Mini Maze using the boards and your activity sheet and give your monster a name! For those who help complete their activity sheet waits a little treat for you at our Gate Keepers shed.
🐶Dogs are not allowed in our Pumpkin Plaza Tunnels. Please make plans before visiting regarding dogs, who will wait with them? Will they stay in the car till you collect your pumpkins? etc. Dogs are allowed in all other areas with exception of the Pumpkin tunnels.
Our popular Pumpkin Fest opens on the 3rd of October. Pumpkin Fest runs on 3rd, 4th, 10th, 11th, 17th, 18th, 23rd - 31st October.
🌱Pumpkins of different varieties will be available to purchase - orange, green, white, warty, stripy! PLUS a choice of Munchkins, Gourds & Squashes.
🎫To ensure a seamless and enjoyable visit, all guests are required to secure admission tickets in advance through our user-friendly online booking system. Please note that admission tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable and valid only for the designated timed session, allowing us to maintain a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our visitors.

Remember that throughout the duration of the Maize Maze and Trail you are responsible for the safety of yourself and others in your group.
Children must be always accompanied by an adult. Please be mindful of other Maize Maze and Trail explorers.
The Maize Maze and Trail are not suitable for any type of pushchair, wheelchair, or mobility scooter.
Please allow time to enjoy this activities – we recommend approx. 2 hours. The Maize Maze and Trail are located outside, so please remember to dress appropriately come rain or shine.
Please note, it is approx. 400m walk to the start of the trail and Maize Maze from the car park.
We reserve the right to close our Maize Maze and Trail at any time if we are concerned about conditions underfoot.
Please be responsible and do not drop litter, there are woodland animals that call our farm home.

Our farm closes at 17.00hrs (5.00pm) on the 3rd, 4th, 10th, 11th and 23rd October.

Please make sure you are choosing your date and time carefully, we cannot cancel, refund, or move any bookings for you.

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Please note your session time is your designated arrival time at our admissions. Dogs are not allowed in our Pumpkin Plaza tunnels. Please make plans before visiting regarding dogs, who will wait with them? Parking is free of charge; all vehicles are left at owners’ risk and the farm cannot take any responsibility for any damage. Our Trail and Maize Maze are additional payable activities, please book our combo tickets to include these on the day you visit.
Carers Tickets
Guests entitled to a carer ticket must present one of the following forms of documentation upon entry:
- A valid Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Attendance Allowance award letter
- A valid Personal Independence Payment (PIP) award letter
- A letter from your GP confirming the need for a carer (dated within the last 6 months)
- An Access Card (+1)
Please Note: Our policy allows for one carer per disabled guest on a 1:1 basis. Any additional carers will be required to purchase a standard adult ticket.
