🎅 Santa’s Cabin – A Fun & Festive Santa Meet and Greet! 🎅
Perfect for families looking for a cheerful, festive experience without all the extra frills – just smiles and a sprinkle of Christmas cheer! Perfect for capturing the magic of your baby’s very first visit to Santa, with a special keepsake photo to treasure for years to come.
🎟️Your ticket time is your arrival time, not the exact time you’ll see Santa. A queue system will be in place to keep things organised and ensure everyone has a fun and smooth experience.
👩👩👧👦Due to the size and unique setup of our Santa’s Cabin, each booking is limited to a maximum of 6 per group.
Please note that this is not the full Experience that our Santa's Grotto walk through Experience on the Farm offers. This is a separate event with a different Santa. Please see other ticket options available if you wish to book our Santa's Grotto walk through Experience. Please don't book both experiences.

🎄 Share Your Christmas Wishes. Tell Santa all about your festive wishes – he is ready to listen!
🎁 Golden Ticket. Every child receives a golden ticket to exchange for a special gift at Santa’s little Cabin counter.
🔥 Toast Marshmallows
Why not end your visit by toasting some marshmallows – a perfect winter treat! This activity can be added during the booking process for just £3.00 per person. (£3.50 on the day) This is includes 5 Marshmallows on a skewer to toast on our burners. You can add chocolate biscuits and/or chocolate sauce to s'more it up on the day for a small cost. Please remember to add on each per person who will require a skewer of Marshmallows if you decide you would like to take part in this activity.
📸 Professional Photo Experience
Capture the magic forever with our professional photo service. Take home your memories in a beautiful photo booklet, or choose from enchanting keepsakes such as tree decorations and snow globe alternatives. A digital version is also available to share with friends and family. Simply take your QR code to our photo collection point, where you can view your picture and select your favourite option. (Extra charges apply.)

Step inside our cosy Alpine Marquee, the perfect place to warm up and relax during your visit to the farm. With heaters, seating and a welcoming festive atmosphere, it's the ideal spot to enjoy your delicious food and drinks while spending time together as a family.

Warm up with a delicious selection of freshly made festive toasties, all freshly prepared to order.
📍☕ Santa's Hot Chocolate Station
Treat yourself to one of Santa's delicious luxury hot chocolates, topped with whipped cream, marshmallows and other festive toppings.
🎁 Farm Shop
Our farm shop will be open, offering Christmas goodies, last-minute gifts, stocking fillers and Christmas Eve box treats. Warm up with a gingerbread coffee or mulled wine.

Christmas at Manor Farm is one of our most popular events and Santa's diary fills up quickly. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date and time.

🧤 Warm Clothing - We recommend you wear layers.
☂️ Waterproofs - It can get very muddy and if it has rained very slippy underfoot. We advise to wear sensible footwear and to bring your wellies and waterproofs.
📋 Other - We are a working farm. Please dress appropriately. The ground can be uneven under foot.
- If you would like your child to choose a toy from Santa’s Cabin Counter, please pay for a child age-appropriate ticket. There are gifts available for ages birth to 12 years old. If an older sibling wishes to attend to join in the fun please purchase an adult ticket for them, please note this will not include a gift from the Cabin Counter.
- Your booking time may not be the exact time you will meet Santa.
- Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed into our Cosy Cabin, we have Santa Paws timed sessions for your furry friends.
- Our Cabin is under cover and queue line is outside undercover. Please dress in layers, we have no control over the weather and this will help regulated your body temperate should you need to remove your coat, or even pop it back on!
- We advise you arrive 5 minutes before your session time.
