This policy outlines the terms and conditions for purchasing tickets and attending the festival. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read the following information carefully before making your booking. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Arrival Time: Our gates open 5 minutes before each time slot you must arrive at the time your ticket starts for example 10am ticket arrive for 10am and leave at 12pm
12:30pm ticket arrive at 12:30pm and leave at 14:30pm 
15:00pm ticket arrive at 15:00pm and leave at 17:00pm 

Dogs: Well-behaved dogs are allowed at the festival. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and are not allowed onto the patch its self were the pumpkins are. 

Attire: Wear comfortable shoes and clothing suitable for the weather. Wellies are recommended as the field can get muddy. Bring a jacket as it can get chilly, especially in the evenings. 

Duration: Each time slot is two hours long. You can stay as long as you'd like within your allocated time slot. 
Refreshments: A variety of food and drinks are available for purchase. This includes pumpkin-themed treats, hot beverages, and more. 

Accessibility: The festival is wheelchair accessible. There are designated parking spaces and ramps for easy access. 
Ticket Price: Tickets are per person. 

Car parking: We have limited capacity for onsite car parking spaces, but we will send an email detailing car parking alternatives,

General admission ticket includes: Admission to the festival, access to all performers and attractions
Please note tickets do not include a pumpkin

Additional Activities: The following activities are available for an extra fee: Face painting a Fun fair Mini-farm photos with animals Food and beverages

Please note that the Barn Restaurant will be closed for the Pumpkin Festival on the 11th, 12th, 18th, 19th, 25th through to the 31st 

Please note we do not tolerate children or adults kicking and throwing pumpkins, you will be asked to leave the event if seen doing any of this also please take on board that you only put into your wheelbarrow what you want to pay for or you will be charged for what you take out of your barrow at the paying station pumpkins are a fruit and by touching and placing  into your wheel barrow you are bruising the fruit which will not be fit for anyone else to purchase once you take out, we encounter thousands of ££££'s in damages to the crop each year by visitors not sticking to the rules we put in place please be respectful.
