Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the limited capacity of our guided tours, we kindly ask that all guests review our cancellation policy carefully prior to booking.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled tour time are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled based on availability.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.
Because our tours are intentionally kept small to provide a high-quality experience, we are unable to fill vacated spots on short notice.
No-shows will be considered a late cancellation and are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
In the event that Wild West Wildlife Rehabilitation Center must cancel a tour due to
weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
We appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps ensure we can continue providing meaningful, personalized experiences while supporting wildlife care, conservation, and education.
