Ski Lessons

Our Junior Group lessons are ideal for children aged 6-16 and will take children from complete beginner to advanced skiers ready for the slopes! With 7 levels from Introduction to Grizzly Bear, and use of our junior lesson log books, children are able to monitor their progression through every stage of learning without the worry of missing a week impacting their development.  Lessons are 60 minutes long and run every Saturday and Sunday morning throughout the year.  Winter start times (October to April): 9.30am and 11.15am Summer start times (May to September): 11.15am only - Suitable for ages 6-16 only - Please arrive 15 minutes before the lesson start time to sign in and collect equipment.  - Ski and boot hire are included in the price - All skiers must be wearing weather appropriate clothing that covers all of the arms, legs and also bring a pair of gloves. (Gloves available to purchase from reception if needed). Pay as you go price is £26 per child and we offer beginner skiers the second lesson at half price. Discount lesson packs can be bought at reception for £90 for 4 lessons or £220 for 10 lessons and can be shared between siblings.  When purchasing your 2nd and 3rd pack of 10 the price cascades to £200 and £180 respectively. Please bring your voucher as proof.

Our Polar and Grizzly groups in Junior Club are ideal for children aged 6-16 who have passed out of our Brown Bear group and are now working on their parallel skiing! Our adult group ski lessons are aimed at those aged 16+ and we take you from complete beginners in Level 1 up to confident parallel skiers in Level 4. Adult Level 1 is a 60 minute lesson which will guide you through the absolute basics of skiing from how to put your equipment on all the way up to learning to control your speed with a snowplough.  Lessons times are: Monday evenings 6.30pm-7.30pm Saturday & Sunday afternoons 1pm-2pm - Suitable for ages 16+ - Please arrive 15 minutes before the lesson start time to sign in and collect equipment.  - Ski and boot hire are included in the price - All skiers must be wearing weather appropriate clothing that covers all of the arms, legs and also bring a pair of gloves. Adult Level 2 is a 60 minute lesson and will work on introducing control of direction through snowplough turns.   Lessons times are: Monday evenings 7.45pm-8.45pm Saturday & Sunday afternoons 2.15pm-3.15pm - Suitable for ages 16+ - Please arrive 15 minutes before the lesson start time to sign in and collect equipment.  - Ski and boot hire are included in the price - All skiers must be wearing weather appropriate clothing that covers all of the arms, legs and also bring a pair of gloves. (Gloves available to purchase from reception if needed). Pay as you go price is £36 per person.
