Fusion Play Café is a friendly, family-run soft play and community café based in Risca, created to give children a safe, fun space to play and families a warm place to relax. We offer a wide range of sessions including toddler groups, breakfast clubs, calm and sensory-friendly play, themed events, parties, and holiday activities. Alongside our soft play, we serve affordable food and drinks so parents and carers can enjoy quality time while children have fun. At the heart of Fusion Play Café is our commitment to the local community. We work closely with families, schools, and community groups to provide inclusive, welcoming sessions for everyone, including children with additional learning needs. With our mascots Poppy Panda and Felix Fox, we aim to create happy memories, build confidence in children, and support families in our area. Whether you’re visiting for a play session, a party, or a special event, you’ll always receive a warm welcome at Fusion Play Café.

Booking policy

📋 Fusion Play Café – Booking Policy By making a booking with Fusion Play Café, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 🎟️ Bookings & Payment • Bookings can be made online, in-store, or as a walk-in, subject to availability. • All sessions are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. • Full payment is required at the time of booking. • Online bookings secure priority during busy periods. ❌ Cancellations & Refunds • Bookings are non-refundable. • If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. • Where possible, we may offer a date transfer at our discretion (subject to availability). 🔄 Rescheduling • Changes to bookings must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. • Requests made within 24 hours of the session may not be accepted. • No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable. ⏰ Arrival & Session Times • Please arrive on time for your booked session. • Late arrivals may result in reduced play time. • Sessions end promptly to allow for cleaning and safety checks. 👶 Supervision & Safety • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. • Socks must be worn in the play area. • No food or drink is permitted in the soft play area. 🧼 Health, Hygiene & Behaviour • Please do not attend if your child is unwell. • We reserve the right to refuse entry to protect other customers. • Abusive or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated. 📸 Photography & Marketing • We may take photographs for promotional use. • Please inform staff if you do not wish your child to appear. ⚠️ Right to Refuse Entry • Fusion Play Café reserves the right to refuse entry or remove customers who do not follow centre rules. • No refunds will be given in these circumstances.

  • Gift cards are redeemable online
  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash

❗ Cancellation & Refund Policy – Fusion Play Café We understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking. ✅ Standard Bookings (Play Sessions, Classes & Clubs) • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your session may be transferred to another date (subject to availability). • We do not offer cash refunds for missed or cancelled sessions. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time are non-transferable and non-refundable. 🎉 Events, Parties & Special Sessions • All bookings for parties, themed events, and holiday sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. • This is due to staff, food, and materials being prepared in advance. ⚠️ No-Shows & Late Arrivals • If you do not attend your booking and do not contact us, this will be classed as a no-show and no refund or transfer will be given. • Late arrivals may result in reduced session time, with no partial refund. 🌧️ Cancellations by Fusion Play Café • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session, you will be offered: • A full refund, or • A transfer to another suitable session.
