Fusion Crew Membership – £15/month Weekly Thursday sessions for children and young people to have fun, make friends and enjoy activities. Crew Minis (6–10): 4:30–6pm
Fusion Crew (10+): 7:30–9pm Includes games, crafts and activities, with hot meal + can of pop for Fusion Crew.
Drop-in also available for £4.

Fusion Crew mini

Terms and conditions

📄 Fusion Play Café – Play Pass Terms & Conditions
1️⃣ General
  • All play passes are valid for standard play sessions only.
  • Passes are non-transferable and can only be used by the named child/family.
  • Passes must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry if sessions are full.
2️⃣ Valid Days & Sessions
  • Passes are valid on: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday (10am–2pm)
  • Passes are not valid for:
    • Parties
    • Special events
    • Private hire sessions (unless stated otherwise)
3️⃣ Individual Passes (Bronze / Silver / Gold)
  • Bronze: Up to 1 session per week
  • Silver: Up to 2 sessions per week
  • Gold: Unlimited sessions (fair use applies)
  • Only one session per child per day.
  • Missed sessions cannot be carried over.
4️⃣ Family Passes
  • Family passes cover up to 3 children from the same household.
  • Children must be registered at sign-up.
  • Family passes cannot be shared between households.
5️⃣ Payments
  • Passes are charged monthly in advance.
  • Payments are non-refundable.
  • Missed payments may result in suspension of the pass.
  • Prices may be reviewed with notice.
6️⃣ Fair Use Policy (Gold & Unlimited Family)
  • Unlimited passes are subject to fair use.
  • Excessive or unreasonable use may be reviewed.
  • Fusion reserves the right to limit bookings if misuse is identified.
7️⃣ Cancellation & Changes
  • One month’s notice is required to cancel.
  • Passes cannot be paused or frozen (except in exceptional circumstances at management discretion).
  • Changes to pass type can be made at renewal.
8️⃣ Free Drinks & Discounts
  • Free drinks are for the named adult only.
  • Party discounts apply to standard party packages only.
  • Offers cannot be combined.
9️⃣ Behaviour & Safety
  • All children must follow Fusion Play Café rules.
  • Parents/guardians remain responsible for their children at all times.
  • Fusion reserves the right to cancel passes for serious misconduct.
🔟 Management Rights
  • Fusion Play Café reserves the right to:
    • Amend terms
    • Withdraw passes
    • Refuse service where necessary

All changes will be communicated in advance where possible.
