- Tickets are required for all attendees aged 2 years and over, unless otherwise stated.
- Children aged 2–16 years require a child ticket.
- Children under 2 years attend free of charge but must be registered where requested for safety and capacity management purposes.
- All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
2. Booking Process
- Tickets must be purchased through our official booking platform, Beyonk.
- A booking confirmation email containing your ticket(s) and QR code(s) will be sent upon successful purchase. Please bring these with you (printed or on your mobile device) for scanning on arrival.
- Some events have limited capacity and may sell out in advance. Early booking is recommended.
3. Ticket Types
- Adult Ticket: Ages 17+
- Child Ticket: Ages 2–16
4. Refunds & Cancellations
- Tickets may be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 days before the event.
- After this time, tickets are non-refundable.
- If an event is cancelled by The Dell due to severe weather, safety concerns or other unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be offered either:
- a full refund; or
- the opportunity to transfer their booking to a rescheduled date (where applicable).
5. Ticket Transfers
- If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another person.
- Please contact info@thedellhampshire.co.uk before the event so we can update the booking details where necessary.

- Your ticket provides admission to the event described on the individual listing.
- Entertainment programmes, activities and performer line-ups may occasionally change due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Food, drinks and certain activities may incur additional charges unless otherwise stated.

- Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children at all times.
- Entry may be refused, or attendees asked to leave, where behaviour is considered unsafe, abusive or likely to impact the enjoyment or safety of others.
- Bag searches may be carried out where considered necessary in the interests of public safety.

- Please refer to the individual event listing for any event-specific information or restrictions.
- Unless expressly permitted, dogs are not allowed, with the exception of registered assistance dogs.
- To help us deliver the best possible experience, we kindly ask that food and drink are not brought onto the premises. A wide range of food and refreshments will be available to purchase during the event.
- Photography and filming may take place during our events for promotional, marketing and social media purposes. Where practical, attendees will be made aware when filming or photography is taking place. By attending the event, you acknowledge that you may be incidentally captured in photographs or video footage. If you do not wish to appear in such content, please speak to a member of The Dell team or the photographer/videographer, and we will use reasonable endeavours to avoid capturing or using images of you. We will not intentionally use identifiable images of attendees who have objected, but cannot guarantee that attendees will not appear incidentally in crowd or background footage.
- Illegal drugs, offensive weapons and any prohibited items are not permitted on site.
