When booking, you adhere to our house rules and terms and conditions.
Gift card terms
- Valid for 1 year from purchase date
- Gift cards are redeemable online
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash
- Gift cards are not refundable
- Gift cards are not replaceable if lost or stolen
Cancellation policy

No refund will be provided for cancellations or amendments made less than 48 hours in advance, or in case of no-show. If notice is given before the 48 hour notice period, a full refund can be issued via gift card only.
For bookings of eight people or more 72 hours notice is required to cancel or amend a booking.
