Thank you for your activity booking, please find your activities booking information included or attached to this email.  Adventure 21 provide waterproofs, wetsuits, buoyancy aids and helmets . Below is a list of items you may need over the course of the day in order to remain warm and comfortable. 

To bring list - Vital!!
Trainers with good grip on sole and ankle support. 
 Base layer synthetic top Fleece top 
 Full change of clothing including shoes for after the activity (please only bring clothing that you don’t mind possibly getting dirty and wet) 
Swim wear for under wetsuit 
Hat and gloves if the season is cool 
Shoes suitable for walking and getting wet (with a good tread on sole and ankle support) 
Synthetic base layer top or thermal top Fleece top 
Warm jacket.if the season is cool – for afterwards 
Any medication you need 
Packed lunch if required (lots of energy giving snacks) 
Hot and cold drinks 
Carrier bag for litter 
Bin bag for wet clothes 
Sun block 
IF PAINTBALLING - Please note that paint balling can be a painful sport. We provide full overalls and a face masks, but we advise customers to bring clothing that will reduce the impact of paint ball contact, thick or padded clothing is advisable but please remember that it can get very hot during the games. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING A HAT, GLOVES AND SCARF TO HELP WITH HEAD, HAND AND NECK PROTECTION Full change of clothing including shoes Hat, scarf and gloves – DONT FORGET THIS IS FOR PROTECTION Shoes suitable for walking and getting wet and muddy (with tread on sole and ankle support) Padded jacket, fleece or sweat top. Padded trousers or training / sweat trousers Any medication you need Water (ideally 2 litres per person) (whilst walking you can become dehydrated quickly) Packed lunch and / or snack Drinks (a flask is a good idea in winter) Carrier bag for litter Bin bags for wet clothes Advised not to bring list Mobile phones Walkmans Jewellery Expensive / valuable clothing .

BOOKING CONDITIONS 1. Full payment is required where less than 6 weeks notice is given for cancellation. 2. A \\\\\\*\\\\none refundable\\\\\\*\\\\ deposit is required to secure any booking date. 3. Adventure 21 must have a completed medical form for each person taking part in activities. Failure to do so will result in non-participation in the activity. 4. The size sheet must be completed to reserve waterproofs, waterproofs can not be provided unless Adventure 21 receive the size sheet before the activity date. 5. It is the responsibility of the individual to ensure that they have clothing suitable for the activity undertaken and a full change of clothing where applicable. Any specialist clothing must be booked in advance stating sizes and numbers required. Adventure 21 reserves the right to cancel activities where it is felt that inadequate clothing could affect the safety of individuals or the group. 6. Adventure 21 have a no smoking policy during sessions. 7. Adventure 21 reserves the right to cancel or change activities where it is felt that individuals are putting themselves or others at risk of injury. 8. Anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be excluded from the activities for their own safety and for the safety of others. 9. You are advised to inform your group not to bring any valuable items of clothing or personal property i.e. mobile phones, watches or jewellery, Adventure 21 will accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to any valuable or personal property. 10. In the event of seriously bad weather where your chosen activity cannot take place, Adventure 21 will do all they can to offer another activity, in most cases we will give a discount on a future booking but will recover losses for staffing and for travel costs. 11. All deposits are none refundable unless under very specific circumstances and at the managements discretion.
