A not for profit, social enterprise established to deliver social inclusion, educational and therapeutic (eco-therapy and horticultural-therapy) opportunities by providing engaging, accessible and stimulating events within our 13 acre woodland site, with over 130 lakes and ponds.

Booking policy
- Booking Confirmation - All bookings are subject to availability. A confirmation email or receipt will be sent once the booking is completed.
- Payment Terms - Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellation & Refunds - Cancellations made 48 hours before the booking date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking date are non-refundable. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
- Rescheduling - Bookings may be rescheduled in consultation with Lanjeth staff only
- Special Requests - Any special requests should be communicated via email to hello@lanjeth.co.uk. While we do our best to accommodate, they are not guaranteed.
- Liability & Policy Changes - The business is not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that may affect your booking. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. For any questions, please contact us at hello@lanjeth.co.uk

PLEASE NOTE
Forest School / Nature Nymphs Only
Sessions are non-refundable unless cancelled by us (we will only do so in extreme circumstances e.g. dangerous weather or sickness), so please ensure that you are happy with your selections before completing the booking.
We understand that sometimes children can be poorly. You are able to transfer your ticket to another available session 48 hours before the session begins.
After this time, tickets will not be able to be transferred.
We reserve the right to cancel sessions at any time in cases such as dangerous weather or session leader illness without cover and participants will be notified ASAP by email and text and offered either a refund or session transfer (if available) in such circumstances.
