At The Capybara Café, we are committed to providing our guests with a unique and memorable experience with our animal friends. Due to the exclusive nature of our encounters and the need to ensure the best care for our animals, we have updated our booking policies as follows:
No Refunds:
• Once booked, encounters are non-refundable. We encourage our guests to be sure of their plans before making a reservation.
Changing Your Reservation:
• If you need to change your booking, we require at least 72 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled encounter. Changes are subject to availability and can only be made once per booking.
No-Shows:
• Guests who do not show up for their scheduled encounter without notifying us in advance will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. For any further questions or to request a change to your reservation, please visit our website or contact our support team directly.
