Taster Classes - Gymnastics | Trampolining | Free Running

Ninjas makes use our very own training area that is designed for 4-12 year old's who want to explore techniques to move from point A to point B using skills such as climbing, jumping and running.  This is the first introduction and significantly limits the risk whilst still teaching the basics of the discipline. Once the basics have been mastered, users progress into more elaborate and flamboyant skills which are taught in our more advanced classes. Please follow our age restrictions below. 4:15pm-5:15pm and 10:00-11:00 for ages 4 - 6 5:15pm-6:15pm and 11:00-12:00 for ages 7 - 12 Pre-Book only, tasters are non-refundable.

Our gymnastics programme can boast one of the regions best equipped gyms with some of the most experienced coaches available. Our exciting, challenging and fun ‘My Gymnastics’ programme, aimed at children of school age, provides the perfect environment and opportunity to learn a broad range of skills following an Award Scheme that will help to develop their fundamental core movements. Children are encouraged to develop at their own individual pace enabling them to achieve their full potential. Here at FMA we cater for anyone with an inclination for flying. Whether you are a complete beginner, elite standard competitive gymnast or just a garden trampoline enthusiast, our team of fully qualified and DBS checked coaches will help teach you a wide range of tricks and skills and take members through an Award Scheme in a fun and safe environment. Come along and learn to twist, somersault and land on our Olympic-sized trampolines. Instructions On arrival, please visit the Activities Reception where a member of staff will greet you and explain what to expect. Grown-ups are unable to enter the main activity hall, but don't worry, there is CCTV on TV's in the Lounge area where you can watch your child in the class and enjoy a lovely hot drink or a snack.
