1\\. Advance Booking:

We strongly recommend booking your skating session in advance through our website. Walk-ins are accepted, but availability is not guaranteed during peak hours, holidays, or special events. Discounted group rates may apply.

2\\. Session Details:
Public skating sessions are scheduled in time blocks. Your booking grants access only during your reserved session time. Please check our online schedule for session times, themed skates, and special events.

3\\. Payment Policy:

Required at the time of booking to confirm your session. Credit/debit cards and digital payment methods are accepted. No cash payments for online bookings.

4\\. Cancellation & Refunds:

Cancel 24+ hours in advance: Eligible for a full refund/gift card or one-time reschedule.

Cancel within 24 hours: Non-refundable. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

No-Shows: No refunds or reschedules for missed sessions without prior notice.

5\\. Rescheduling:

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may not be possible during peak periods.

6\\. Arrival & Check-In:

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and skate rental. Late arrivals will not receive extra time or a refund for missed portions of the session.

7\\. Skate Rentals:
Available for an additional fee unless included in your booking. Helmet rentals are available and encouraged, especially for children and beginners.

8\\. Safety Rules & Code of Conduct:
All skaters must follow posted rink rules and staff instructions. Dangerous or disruptive behaviour will result in removal from the rink without refund. Only ice skates are permitted on the ice.

9\\. Facility Notes:
As an indoor facility, sessions run regardless of weather conditions. Locker rentals are available for securing personal belongings.

10\\. Liability Waiver:
By booking a session or entering the premises, you acknowledge and accept that ice skating is a physical activity with inherent risks, including the risk of falls, collisions, and injuries. All skaters and spectators voluntarily assume all risks associated with ice skating and use of the facility. Grimsby Ice Rink, its owners, staff, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, however caused, while on the premises. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors and ensuring that all safety guidelines are followed. Participation in any activity at the rink constitutes acceptance of this waiver.
