About Lo & Slo

Wild & Fired is the fire cookery school from Lo & Slo. Everything we teach starts the same way: honest ingredients, curiosity and live fire. Classes are hands-on from the first spark. You’ll chop, season and cook meat, fish and vegetables from producers we know and trust, learning what flame, ember and smoke each do to good food. Then you sit down together and eat what you’ve made. Open classes, private groups, corporate team days and celebrations welcome. Come hungry, leave capable.
