Booking policy

Pet Policy
  • ONLY service animals are allowed.
  • Please do not bring pets.

Refund Policy
  • All sales are final – NO refunds without Ticket Protection.  Ticket Protection is available for certain tickets. This pass is valid only for the current season in which it is purchased and may not be carried forward.
  • Party sheds, fire pits, and picnic tables: A refund will not be given if the reservation is not canceled at least 24 hours prior to the reserved date and time. No refund will be given if the request is made less than 24 hours before the reservation, even if Ticket Protection was purchased.


Activity Restrictions
  • Some activities at Hubb’s Farm are staffed and/or have informational boards that list restrictions such as weight, age, etc.

  1. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that all their attendees follow the instructions provided by staff and/or the posted information boards.


Agritourism Liability Notice
  • I have read and understand NC Statute Ch. 99E Article 4: “Under North Carolina law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death.” By purchasing a ticket, you are acknowledging and assuming the inherent risks of participating in this agritourism activity. 


Outside Food & Drink Policy
  • On weekdays, outside food and drink are permitted.
  • On weekends, Hubb’s Farm offers a wide variety of food and drinks for purchase. Outside food and drink are allowed only if you have reserved a party shed, fire pit, and/or picnic table(s). Outside food and drinks are allowed only during the time of your reservation. Please do not bring in coolers or outside food/drink unless you have a reservation for one of the above.
