Our cosy library has step-free access and is located on the main floor of the museum, close to the entrance. If you'd like to discuss or let us know about any SEND requirements, please email the elves (Learning Team) at museumeducation@maidstone.gov.uk

Good to know before you book
- Booking more than one child? Please book consecutive time slots (one child per slot) — your family will go in to see Father Christmas together.
- Please double-check your dates and times when booking, as we're unable to make changes once a booking is confirmed.
- You're welcome to take your own photos during your visit.
- Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the museum.
