About Teerex Golf Cardiff
We are located in South Wales Cardiff Just off the M4 at junction , close to St Mellons, Pontprennau, Rumney and Marshfield. Easy access from Newport, Llantrisant, Swansea and surrounding areas. We have a whole host of activities for all the family, for All ages and abilities. We have ample free parking available, and are open from 9am to 9pm weekdays, 9am to 6 pm on the weekend.
Booking policy
We want all children to have a fun and great experience at Tee Rex Soft Golf, TRSG.
We have some terms & conditions that not only protect us, but more importantly protect you and your children. Please familiarise yourself with the following terms & conditions.
TRSG Party – Terms & Conditions
a. All parties are strictly 2 hours. The room must be cleared and emptied within your allocated booking time- Any parties which over run can cause problems for the next booking and may incur a cost of £10 for late exit for up to ½ hour, £20 for up to 1 hour, £50 after 1 hour
b. We must receive final numbers at least 72 hours before your party.
c. We Must receive all food orders 72 hours before party
d. All parties are non-refundable, if Tee Rex cancel your party for unforeseen circumstance the party will then be refunded
e. We hold the right to cancel your party at any time at our complete discretion
f. A cleaning charge will be taken should you leave the room in an unacceptable mess or caused any damage of £30
g. We do not allow confetti or pinata due to health risks and a cleaning charge of £10 will be applied if used in party room, should the confetti contaminate the main soft play area a fine of £30 will be applied
h. Private hire parties are permitted to have balloons, mascots,
i smaller party groups are permitted to have helium balloons only, no mascots, no face painting.
j. Only children under 7 years old are permitted on the soft play and within height restrictions
k. If you hire a mascot or entertainer, we cannot guarantee to provide facilities to them
l. Parties booked 3.30-5.30pm please note the car park is owned by Cardiff golf centre and is locked at 6pm therefore your party must be cleared by the time allocated to avoid the risk of your vehicle being locked inside the car park
Please note we request one adult per child for parties and numbers of guests to not exceed 100 for private hire Using the equipment and general health and safety
1\. Social distancing rules and government guidelines must be followed at all times
2\. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. TRSG does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children.
3\. Children must be appropriately supervised at all times, TRSG accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss or damage to persons or property
4\. Leave badges and jewellery with a responsible adult. Spectacles should only be worn if used with a retainer and shatterproof lenses.
5\. Please remove shoes before entering the play area. Socks must be worn at all times. In case of a problem, contact reception or a member of staff.
6\. Only children under 6 years old are permitted on the soft play and within height restrictions as displayed
7\. Age restrictions vary depending on the play zone that visitors are using. These are in place for the safety and enjoyment of all children
8\. Play is restricted to 2 hours during peak times
9\. We recommend to parents that children wear long sleeves and trousers. Clothes should be tucked in at all times.
10\. Clothes with ropes and cords should not be worn in the play area.
11\. Please do not play in front of slide exits.
12\. No sharp objects may be taken into the play area.
13\. It is forbidden to climb on the netted walls or the system structure.
14\. No food, drink or chewing gum should be taken into the play area.
15\. It is forbidden to smoke or play with fire within the play centre.
16\. Children who are unwell should not enter the play area.
17\. Balls or other objects should not be thrown at each other.
18\. Fighting or bullying will not be tolerated. Guilty parties may be asked to leave.
19\. Report any behavioural concerns to a member of staff. Don’t attempt to intervene yourself.
20\. In the interest of Health and Safety, please ensure that any food debris which falls on the floor is picked/wiped up as soon as possible. Report any spillages to a member of staff.
21\. Report all accidents to a member of staff, to ensure that we can provide any necessary assistance and minimise the potential of re-occurrence. These will be logged and are an important part of on-going safety audits.
22\. All damages to TRSG property either accidental or deliberate must be reported to a member of staff.
23\. Nappy changing and the use of potties etc. should be conducted in the baby changing room. Place nappies in the correct bins provided.
24\. For Health and Safety reasons, only food purchased at TRSG may be consumed on the premises.
25\. The TRSG team supervise the play equipment and help maximise your children’s enjoyment from the play experience they are not however a replacement for parental supervision. Parents/Guardians should note that whilst every consideration has been given for the safety of children using the play centre, Tee Rex cannot be held responsible for accidents which occur as a result of children playing on the equipment!
26 Any avoidable damage to our property will incur a fine of £100
27 We do not allow balloons on the soft play equipment as this can cause health risks to other children, your welcome to hold these in party room only IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF ANYTHING, PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT US
