I understand that this ticket is final sale, non-refundable, weather reliant, required for all ages 3 & up. The single day pass is valid for a one-time use during any operating day of our 2026 Fall Season & 2026 Christmas Season. The admission ticket cannot be transferred/used towards any other Mainstay Farm season/event. Season dates may change depending on weather, availability or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of mechanical failure or inclement weather, Mainstay Farm may close attractions without notice.
By entering Mainstay Farm, you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in commercial film or photography in conjunction with Mainstay Farm advertising and all media whether known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release Mainstay Farm, its successors, assigns and licensees from any liability whatsoever.
Agreement and Warning – I understand and acknowledge that an agritourism entity is not liable for any injury to or death of an agritourism participant resulting from agritourism activities under Texas Law (Chapter75A, Civil Practice and Remedies Code). I understand that I have accepted all risk of injury, death, property damage, and other loss that may result from agritourism activity.
