Tickets of fewer than 10 guests are refundable up to 30 days before your booked experience. Tickets may be transferred to another person. Bookings of fewer than 10 guests may be rescheduled via the booking portal up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time. After this point, tickets cannot be rescheduled.
Please arrive on time for your booked slot. Late arrivals may not be admitted and tickets may be forfeited.
We do not charge any booking fees – all prices are clear and transparent.
