1. Membership Tiers
- We offer different membership tiers that grant access to various benefits as outlined at the time of purchase. Benefits vary by tier, and members will be informed of their entitlements upon registration.
- All memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual who purchased or is designated as the member. Memberships cannot be sold, shared, or transferred to another person under any circumstances.
- Memberships are valid for one year from the date of purchase. The membership will automatically expire one year from the purchase date, and the member will lose access to all associated benefits after this period.
- Expired memberships must be renewed before the expiration date to continue enjoying member benefits. Once a membership has expired, access to all member benefits will be revoked.
- To renew your membership, please visit our website or contact our membership office prior to the expiration date.
- Membership benefits are subject to change at the discretion of the Moffatt-Ladd House & Garden Museum. The current list of benefits available to members will be provided at the time of purchase, and any changes will be communicated via email or through our official communication channels.
- Memberships are non-refundable, except as required by law. If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact our membership office, and we will assist you accordingly. Refunds may be provided only under special circumstances, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
- Misuse of membership benefits (e.g., unauthorized use, falsification of information, or behavior detrimental to the museum community) will result in immediate termination of membership, with no refund issued.
- All personal information collected as part of the membership registration will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By becoming a member, you consent to the processing of your personal data for purposes related to your membership, including communication of events and promotions.
