Tickets are non-refundable except when an event is cancelled. Sessions are non-refundable or transferable. Unfortunately we cannot compensate for any skate sessions missed unless it is the fault of the ice rink/event. It is your responsibility to check that the session/event has not been cancelled. Information of such matters will be available on behalf of the Organisers as soon as reasonably practicable on the website or at the venue. If a session is rescheduled ticket holders will be offered an equivalent value ticket of their original purchase for the new dates/times. If you cannot make the new dates/times, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund for the face value of the tickets. Refund requests must be submitted up to 48 hours before the rescheduled performance. We regret that refund requests submitted after this date cannot be honoured.
