By purchasing this ticket, I agree to the liability waiver of Montana Corn Maze, LLC.

I, hereby, release and agree to hold Montana Corn Maze, LLC harmless from and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by an act, or failure to act of Montana Corn Maze, LLC or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from Montana Corn Maze, LLC.  I understand that this release discharges Montana Corn Maze, LLC from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the maze with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment or property damage that may arise from or in connection to any services received from Montana Corn Maze, LLC.  This liability waiver and release extends to Montana Corn Maze, LLC together with all owners and employees. 

All precautions will be taken to ensure that all actives are safe: however all participants must sign this waiver.  I expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all risks which extend by reason of my participation in the corn maze, hay ride, and other activities or events on the farm.  My participation is purely voluntary and I elect to participate in spite of the risks.  I agree to abide by all the rules posted on the farm and at the maze.  I agree to assume all risk of personal injury that may occur while I am on this farm and participation in all activities. I hereby voluntarily release Montana Corn Maze, LLC and John and Rose Brouwer from all liability for any personal injury that I may incur.
