Create scones and cakes from scratch! Learn to bake a light, fluffy and delicious sponge cake and different variations of sweet and savoury scones, for a classic afternoon tea during a private class.

Join me for a warm and welcoming baking experience where you'll learn how to make an afternoon tea worth gathering around. I'll teach you my expert tips in a simple and fun atmosphere without any of the fuss.

Throughout the workshop you'll mix, whisk and fold your way through a menu of classic afternoon tea bakes. I'll show you how to achieve light textures, rich flavours and neat finishes while keeping things relaxed and enjoyable.

You'll leave with a box of treats, new skills, and the confidence to bake a full afternoon tea from scratch.
