Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable. As we run outdoor events, they will continue to go ahead in wet weather, so refunds will not be offered due to rain or poor weather alone.
In exceptional circumstances, if we have to cancel because weather conditions or other circumstances make it unsafe to attend, we will offer a change of date in the first instance. We will provide a refund for the face value paid if a suitable alternative date cannot be arranged. Tickets cannot be used after the booked event date.
Booking ProtectionBooking Protection applies to the entire booking and allows you to reschedule your booking up to 7 days before your original visit date. Individual tickets within a booking cannot be rescheduled separately.
Booking Protection is not refundable and does not provide a right to a refund. Our standard refund policy continues to apply. All rescheduled bookings are subject to availability. If you are unable to reschedule because all suitable future sessions are sold out, a refund will not be available.
