Booking policy
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: By making a reservation, you accept our terms and conditions.
PLAY RULES
All Children must be supervised by an adult and stay inside the Once Upon a Time Play Cafe under the supervision of an adult.
Since some toys include numerous props, please keep a watchful eye on your children, especially those under three, because there’s small, some toys could require more care. Even though safety is our top priority, mishaps can nevertheless occur. To reduce the likelihood of a recurrence, please notify our staff right away if an event occurs.
Please ensure shoes are taken off and to be left at the door. Everyone within the play area must wear non-slip socks. You can either buy them from us at the coffee shop for £2.50 or bring your own from home.
Please respect all the toys, furniture, play structures. If you find any broken toy, please bring it to a member of staff to tend to.

Once Upon a Time Play Café is exclusively for kids under the age of six. While older siblings are always welcome at our play café, they are not permitted to access the play area due to safety concerns. (Older siblings are welcome to watch film in our cinema room & we have games for the in the cafe)

No food or drink from outside is to be consumed in the cafe.
No food or drink is allowed in the play area. Please wash/sanitise your hands after food when you return to the play area. Please respect all the toys, furniture, play structures. If you find any broken toy, please bring it to a member of staff to tend to.
We want you to relax and enjoy your 90 minute sessions, even so you must take care of your personal items. We cannot accept liability for any lost or damaged belongings.
By booking, you agree to take full responsibility for the safety and well-being of your children during their visit. Once Upon A Time Play Café is not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur while on the premises.
