Overview
Give your child the chance to step into the boots of a real animal keeper at Wigfield Farm! Our Young Keeper Experience is designed especially for children aged 8-12 years who love animals and want to learn how to care for them. Over an exciting 3-hour session, participants will work in a small group of up to 10 children, ensuring plenty of hands-on time and personal attention from our experienced team. This experience is a drop off session, parents are not required to supervise.
What's Included?
- Guided participation in simple keeper tasks
- Time spent with our rabbits, meerkats, reptiles and rodents
- Learning about animal care, feeding and enrichment
- A relaxed, educational experience
- Feeding a wide range of animals
- 15 minute break with snack and juice provided

- Young keeper experience will last approximately 3 hours

£50 per child. This is a fantastic opportunity for children to build confidence, learn new skills, and get closer than ever to some amazing animals in a safe and fun environment.
