About The Brunel Museum

Booking policy

For General Admission and Guided Tours, visitors can rearrange their tickets to another date at no cost if required.  However, all tickets sold are non-refundable. 

The Museum may, at its discretion, refund tickets sold where events cannot go ahead. Please note that all tickets sold with a Gift Aid donation cannot be refunded in any case, as this is prohibited by HMRC regulations concerning donations.
