Fair Weather Growers Festival Grounds Assumption of Risk & Liability Statement
Welcome to Fair Weather Growers! We are a working farm, and while we strive to provide a safe, enjoyable experience for every guest, visiting a farm and participating in outdoor recreational activities involves inherent risks.

By entering the Fair Weather Growers Festival Grounds, all guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with their visit, including but not limited to:
  • Walking on uneven, wet, muddy, rocky, or natural terrain.
  • Participation in attractions, activities, games, and play areas.
  • Riding on hayrides, barrel trains, trains, pedal carts, or other farm attractions.
  • Jumping on jump pillow.
  • Interaction with farm animals.
  • Exposure to insects, bees, wildlife, pollen, dust, food allergens and other naturally occurring environmental conditions.
  • Changing weather conditions, including heat, rain, wind, or slippery surfaces.
  • The actions of other guests.

Guests are responsible for exercising reasonable care, following all posted rules, listening to staff instructions, and supervising children in their care at all times.

Fair Weather Growers, its owners, employees, volunteers, contractors, and affiliates, are not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, theft, or damage to personal property resulting from the inherent risks of farm and recreational activities, except where required by applicable law.

By entering the property, you acknowledge that you understand and voluntarily accept these risks and agree to participate at your own discretion.

Guests who fail to follow posted rules or staff instructions may be asked to leave the property without refund.

Guests who observe unsafe conditions or require assistance should immediately notify a Fair Weather Growers staff member.
