1\\. Cancellation by You (the Ticket Holder) All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for a different date, time slot, or event under any circumstance. This includes, but is not limited to: Personal illness (including Covid-19 or similar), Travel issues or delays, Weather concerns, Accidental double bookings, Changes in personal circumstances. If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, no refund, credit, or compensation will be offered. 2. Missed Entry Slots or Late Arrival Entry is only permitted during the time slot stated on your ticket. If you arrive late or miss your time slot, entry may be refused at the discretion of event staff. In such cases, no refund or rescheduling will be available. 3. Cancellation by Us (the Event Organiser) We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: Adverse weather conditions, Safety concerns, Site access issues, Force Majeure (e.g. natural disaster, government restrictions, etc). In the unlikely event of cancellation by us: You will be offered an alternative date (subject to availability), or A full refund will be issued to the original payment method. We do not offer additional compensation for any other associated costs (e.g. travel, accommodation). 4. Force Majeure If the event cannot take place due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (a “Force Majeure Event”), we will make every effort to reschedule the event. If a reschedule is not possible, a refund will be provided. No further compensation will be issued. Please check our website for live closure updates these will be posted at least 2 hours prior to opening. 5. Rules and Safety guidelines Please adhere to the the following, Pumpkins will be clearly visible from the main path (not by any water). Please do not trample on the flower beds or climb on the urns or any other structure. Do not touch or remove any pumpkins or spooky characters, please leave them for others to enjoy.
