Terms and Conditions of the frequent visitor pass:
  • The frequent visitor pass is an exclusive, single-person pass, valid for one named individual only.
  • The pass is non-transferable and cannot be shared with family members, friends or groups.
  • A photograph of the named pass holder is required and will be securely linked to the pass for identification on each visit.
  • The named pass holder must be present on every visit and may be asked to show identification.
  • The pass is valid for Garden Day Tickets only during normal opening days and times, this will not be available to use on event days.
  • Any tickets not used during validity period cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
  • The pass has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or resold.

This pass allows us to offer a flexible, membership-style way for our frequent visitors to enjoy our gardens throughout the season.
These are high season passes only. Low season to be released 1 month before start date.

From 3/1/26 until 12/31/26. Visits must take place within this period.

"Lovely day out with my adult daughter. Half price due to time of year but lots of flowers still in bloom. Peaceful and beautiful scenery. We especially enjoyed the meerkat manor!"
