Booking policy
Please take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the ticket process. We understand that sometimes, plans change, so tickets can be amended up to 3 days prior to arrival time by using the "Manage booking" link in your confirmation email. Your ticket is only valid for the date you purchased and cannot be used for any other session.
Please bring along your confirmation with you on the day either on your smartphone or printed out. Your ticket is for arrival any time until the farm closes on the session that you have booked. Once admitted, you are welcome to stay for as long as you like until our gates close.

Gift card terms
- Valid for 1 year from purchase date
- Gift cards are redeemable online
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash
- Gift cards are not refundable
- Gift cards are not replaceable if lost or stolen

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you are unable to attend or move to another date using the "Manage booking" link in your confirmation email, please contact us and we will exchange your booking for a voucher, which should be used in the next 12 months.
