Bramble Badger Adventure Play – Booking Policy
1\. General Information Bramble Badger Adventure Play provides stay & play sessions, parties, and community events designed to be safe, nurturing, and inclusive for all children, including those with SEND. By booking with us, you agree to the terms below to help us maintain a safe and predictable environment for everyone.
2\. Booking & Payment All bookings must be made through the Beyonk platform. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space. We do not accept walk‑ins unless explicitly stated for a specific event. Your booking confirmation will be sent automatically by Beyonk; please check your email for details.
3\. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers
To protect staffing, preparation, and venue costs, we operate a clear cancellation policy:
Stay & Play Sessions: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your session are eligible for a free transfer to another available session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session: Non‑refundable and non‑transferable. Non‑attendance without notice: No refund or transfer.
Parties & Private Hire
A non‑refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Final balance is due 14 days before the event. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: Deposit retained; any additional payments refunded. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event: No refund.
Event Cancellations by Us
If we must cancel due to illness, safety concerns, or operational issues: You will be offered a transfer, credit, or full refund. We are not liable for travel, accommodation, or other associated costs.
4\. Arrival & Supervision
Please arrive on time; late arrivals cannot be extended beyond the session end time.
All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Adults remain fully responsible for their child’s behaviour, safety, and wellbeing during the session.
5\. Health, Safety & Wellbeing
Please do not attend if you or your child are unwell, especially with symptoms of contagious illness.
Shoes must be removed in designated areas.
Food allergies must be disclosed at the time of booking for relevant sessions.
We reserve the right to ask families to leave if behaviour compromises safety or wellbeing.
6\. SEND Considerations
We welcome children with SEND and aim to provide a calm, sensory‑aware environment.
To help us prepare appropriately:
Please share any relevant information at the time of booking.
If your child requires 1:1 support, this must be provided by the attending adult.
7\. Photography & Media Staff may take photos for promotional use only with explicit consent given during booking.
You may take photos of your own children but please avoid capturing other families without permission.
8\. Venue Rules
No smoking or vaping anywhere on site.
Please respect the equipment, staff, and other families.
Any deliberate damage may incur a charge.
9\. Weather & Outdoor Play
For outdoor sessions:
Sessions run in most weather conditions except where safety is compromised.
Please dress appropriately for mud, water, and changing temperatures.
