Working Farm Acknowledgement

Demarest Farm is a working farm. By attending, visitors acknowledge that there is inherent risk associated with a farm environment. Including but not limited to:

Uneven ground, wet or slippery surfaces, trip hazards and natural obstacles. Visitors attend at their own risk and are responsible for wearing suitable clothing and footwear for outdoor activities.

No dogs allowed in the Orchard or the Petting Zoo.

Demarest Farms respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, loan, or lease any personal information, including phone numbers collected through our SMS messaging program, to any third parties for marketing purposes. All user data is handled strictly in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

All sales are final – no refunds. In the event Demarest Farms cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances we will offer to rebook you for a different date and time.

Looking to rebook to another date? You may do so in your confirmation email! Please look for the "Manage Booking" button . You must rebook 6 Hours prior to your scheduled start time.
