Hot chocolates will be served, please bring your travel mugs, hot water bottles can be fill on site please bring these with you, wear your best Christmas hats and lots and lots of layers and wellies as it could be muddy. Special Christmas meditation, sound bowls and Christmas mantras to raise the Christmas spirit.

A delightful and enchanting experience that promises to minify stress and anxiety. After greeting the horses and grooming in a beautiful location, I talk you through a series of relaxation processes (with games for children) that bring you into a meditative state. We then work with what I teach around the horses and watch them significantly relax and go "gooey". We then fold into a deep and loving connection with them. Children will have time to interact with horses and experience their therapeutic energy, in addition to exploring breathing exercises as they practice meditation You won't forget this in a hurry :-)
