Meditate With Horses for 1 x Adult
£62.88 (incl. £2.88 fee)
A delightful and enchanting experience that promises to minify stress and anxiety.
After greeting the horses and grooming in a beautiful location, I talk you through a series of relaxation processes (with games for children) that bring you into a meditative state. We then work with what I teach around the horses and watch them significantly relax and go "gooey". We then fold into a deep and loving connection with them.
