Cancellation policy
custom policy
We will offer you a full refund if you cancel 30 days prior, less Stripe and bank charges. If you cancel less than 30 days prior we will offer you a full refund if we are able to sell your space at the full price. We usually have waiting lists for our trips, so it is unusual for us not to pay a refund. Sometimes we have to cancel a trip due to unsafe sea conditions and in these circumstances we will offer you an alternative date if possible or pay a full refund.
