Make Believe Membership – Terms & Conditions
By purchasing and using the Make Believe Membership, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
- Memberships are valid for children living in the same household.
- Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the named household members.
- Children may attend sessions with any responsible adult from the household, including parents, grandparents, guardians, or carers.
2. Booking Policy
- All play sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system.
- Members must enter their unique membership code at the time of booking to secure their place.
- Admission without a booking is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
3. Duration and Validity
- Memberships are valid for 30 consecutive days from the date of purchase.
- Unused days or sessions cannot be carried over or refunded.
4. Session Use
- Membership allows access to a maximum of one play session per day per child.
- Membership may not be used for special events, workshops, or third-party sessions, unless explicitly stated.
5.Cancellations & No Shows
- If you are unable to attend a booked session, please cancel as early as possible to allow others to book.
6. Supervision
- All children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- Adults are responsible for ensuring children use the play areas safely and respectfully.
7. Code Misuse
- Membership codes are unique to your household. Sharing or misuse may result in the cancellation of your membership without refund.
8.Changes & Termination
- Make Believe reserves the right to change these terms, membership benefits, or prices at any time.
- We may terminate a membership at any time if terms are breached.
9. Refund Policy
- Membership fees are non-refundable once activated, unless under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of management.
Validity
From 6/1/25 until 6/30/25. Visits must take place within this period.
